How I can integrate something from where admin can add ribbon to one user for example from Admin panel.
Soemthing like this star next to username http://i.imgur.com/55bD9B0.png

Need this for example if a member is musician, I want him to have ribbon for that, to be different than normal users.

If can not this, what is other way of making musician, model, star. famous, looks different in buddypress than normal user?

You may want to look at creating member types. Then you could add the meta as a div class and style them via css:
