BuddyPress Users profile picture uploading error

Hi ,I am using WordPress version 4.4.2, BuddyPress version2.4.3 in my website .In my websites buddy press i (admin)can upload and change profile picture but users cannot do this .When user trying to upload profile picture there is always showing a error message like – An error occurred. Please try again later-.No problem in the case of cover image .Anyone can help me for solve this problem ?

This is a guess but perhaps this is a permissions issue? Some user roles can’t upload files by default.

Sir,in which file in c panel we need to try this php code- define( ‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’, true );

All users roll is ONLY Subscriber in my website .

Sir,i had test by this but didn’t solve the issue .I did’t find the reason for that .
