buddypress v2.0.2 Registration not working

    i have installed buddypress version 2.0.2 to my new wordpress site.. but unfortunately new user registration is not working .. the site is running locally in my centos server, accessing via ipaddress like [ 192.168.1.22:88/buddytest ] .. after submitting the form its not showing any error , just the password fields are showing blank.. plz help
