Buddypress Wall Plugin, Cannot see wall posts

Hello, I am using the buddypress wall plugin

However, when I go to someone’s profile and make a wall post, where it says “Write something to {username}” ? , it shows up for that time, but when I refresh it disappears. It also does not show up on their wall at all. However it shows up on my wall that I have written something on their wall.
What might be the reason for this?
