Bug in Login Message ” Account not activated “

Hello…im using WOffice template…BP is fully integrated…inclusive using the BP login with sending the activation mail to the user…
..all works flawless…
..exept the error message when a user trys to log in without activating account before…
..it includes HTML tags in the message…!!!…this happens ONLY at this specific message…all others are fine…
..question :
WHERE CAN I EDIT THIS MESSAGE?
..i cant find it nowhere…
