Can admin add members?

    Maybe I’m missing something really basic but there does not seem to be a way for an admin to simply add members.
    I have an extremely simple setup with only one group that will be locked down and there will be a set of about 20 members. I have their names and emails and I just want to be able to add all of them.
    What do I need to do to do this?

    wp-admin > Groups > rollover a Group name > Edit > scroll down > Add Members

    Thanks for that concise answer. That box was not expanded and I missed it. I see that you would also have to first add them as a user, then add them as a member. No prob.
    I spent a long, long time looking in the Documentation and couldn’t find the answer.
