Can I allow users to create multiple profiles on one site, without registering again?

I have two frustrating problem. I can’t even get my registration to work properly–but that’s another matter.
Right now, I am trying to figure out whether or not I can set it up to where a registered user on my site can create multiple profiles under the one account.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

No. It;s one email address = one account.
