Can I use this program in a different website host like Weebly?

I started a website and I wanted to try to integrate it as a social site too on Weebly. Maybe I could tweek some things if I knew the right coding. Could you help me out?

Weebly is a site buider with his own tools to do that.
BuddyPress is a WordPress plugin. 2 different concept, 2 technologies.

The answer is no. 😉
