Can we expect BP 1.7 soon ?

Hello,

I’ve heard people talking about BP 1.7 .. and the ALL THEMES compatibility thing.

And I have tow questions:
1) Is that true ? the new 1.7 BP will be compatible with all WP themes ?

2) when is it coming out ? If soon enough … I’ll be holding on buying some of the themes existing now..

1) Yes! Lots of development discussion happening on http://bpdevel.wordpress.com if you want to get involved, or just to read and stay up to date.

2) We only officially started work on 1.7 this last Wednesday (15th). Several months away.
