“Cancel Friendship” button not working

After upgrading my buddypress to version 3.1.0 the “cancel friendship” button has stopped working. When you click, it directs to…

This (domain).com page can’t be found
No webpage was found for the web address:
https://(domain).com/members/(user)/friends/remove-friends/12/?_wpnonce=c7e9f80e9f
HTTP ERROR 404

I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve deactivated all plugins excepted buddy press and is still happens.
I tried changing my theme and it still doesn’t work.

Any thoughts?

when I click – nothing happens.. no action on clicking Cancel Frienship

I have the same problem. Cancel Friendship returns 404.

Do you both have the Activity component disabled?

If so, this is a bug. We’ve tentatively fixed this for the next release.

However, you can temporarily apply the changes by by adjusting these files:

Applied the above code, however I noticed it still have two bugs.
1. The member who is requested cannot cancel the friendship request. The cancel button does not respond. Only the initiator is able to cancel friendship request.
2. The Request tab of the Nav friends lists pending requests from all members including the current user, when there were no such requests from other members.
