Hi,
I believe in the group settings from the admin panel, you can manually add users to a group.
But that is not my case. When i type in a name or any other name in the searchbox, it does not display any names, it just shows a bunch of circles where the names are supposed to show. So i cannot add any user to a group. I know its hard to explain so please see screenshot via the link below.

So what am trying to achieve is for names to show up instead of the circles beside the arrows.
Please any help will be appreciated.
