Cannot log into a user created account “encfubu”

I cann log into my default admin account, but when I create a user encfubu as a admin account then log out and try to log in with it, it gets error. used generated password. Can anyone help?

Are you using W3 Total Cache?

This issue has been resolved. Thanks for the suggestion but it was a user error
