Can’t Finish Setup

    For some reason I can’t complete the installation wizard, Step 4. Theme just looks blank, and if I press Save & Next from there it just takes me to Step 1.

    I’ve tried it will all other plugins disabled and the theme switched to Twenty Ten. It’s on WP version 3.3.1 and core has not been modified.
