Can't register new users since installing 1.9.1

HELP!

Running the most current version of WP and BP.

The only change that’s been made is upgrading BP from 1.9 to 1.9.1

Now new users can’t register. I’ve seen other posts like this but
nobody is responding…can someone please help???
