[Resolved] Can't see avatars default or otherwise…

This is driving me nuts. I can’t see avatars on my members list:

http://thecamerabranc.staging.wpengine.com/members/

Or anywhere else on the site. I can’t seem to upload them either but I would expect to see a default if none is uploaded. Where am I going wrong?
