Can’t upload new cover photo/image on profiles

    I haven’t been able to upload new cover photos/images on a profile for a long time now. I was hoping a future update would fix this but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

    The error I am getting code wise is: Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘xprofile_avatar_upload_dir’ not found or invalid function name in /home/customer/….

    However the error on the front end of the profile says the image is too low resolution which isn’t the case as I make sure it is the exact pixel dimensions required.

    Any thoughts or anyone who can help look into/resolve this?

    It seems avatar directory is missing, your php may not have permissions to create folders.

    Just create the folder structure manually if you can

    inside the wp-content/uploads folder create an avatars folder and then check. If still does not work then create folders with userId 1 ,2,3 etc. inside the avatar folder.
