Change Avatar not available

    My understanding is that members can change/upload an avatar from “My Account” on the BP nav bar.

    This feature is not available. I also tried fiddling with the avatar settings in the regular WP discussion dashboard, to no avail.

    Any suggestions of what the issue is?
