Change avatar size in members list and member profile

Hi
Can you help me with a this!?
I want to customize / change size of the avatar in members list and member profile page. I search everywhere, I used lots of different methods. Non of them works.
I use Buddyoress 2.2.0 wit WP 4.1
Can you help!?

I added bp-custom.php to /plugin/bp-custom.php. and it works fine. But when i added the bp-custom.php i cant log-in or go to member profile. the error i’ve got is:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bp-custom.php:15) in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1179

I delete the file the error is gone but the profile avatar goes back to default size.
Also i need to change the avatar size in member list directory and each member profile.

Please any advise?
