Change BP title Tags

    Hey there,

    I’m having really dificulty finding where the Title Tags for the Activity, Members and community pages. I need to change them from:

    Site Activity => Your Activity
    Members Directory => Our Community
    Groups Directory => Groups and Societies

    Any help would be great, would it be held in the theme files or the core BP files?
