Change display layout on Activity-Stream

Any suggestions to how i go about this activity-stream layout.
I need to change what data and with wich css to be shown with example: “object=blogs&action”.Instead of showing: USER wrote a new blog post: POST NAME 2 days, 22 hours ago · View · Delete
Im looking for a way to display (i wish to get all the items in seperate divs for styling):
POST NAME (title function as permalink to post)
USER NAME (function as link to profile)
POST DATE
BLOG NAME (function as link to blog)
