Change 'Members' to 'My Profile'

I am using the Frisco BP-Default child theme and would like to change ‘Members’ to ‘My Profile’.

I am using custom menus.

Thanks for the reply but that won’t work.

For example, when someone clicks on Members they are taken to the Members Directory when instead I want them to be taken their Profile and the link to say ‘My Profile’.
