Change Profile Photo – Take Photo: Video error. Please upload a photo instead.

    I’ve not touched this feature since working on the site, and I am certain this used to work before. Whenever someone tries to take a photo using their webcam, it just spits out “Video error. Please upload a photo instead.”. What is going wrong?? This is an issue across all browsers.

    @charlotteoswald, seems to work fine at my end tested with chrome browser tried to change avatar using the webcam.
    Try standard debugging apporach https://buddypress.org/support/topic/when-asking-for-support-2/

    It’s website specific but cannot think as to what the issue is. Are there specific hooks attached to it? That I can maybe check for. Or are there too many to list?

    Important note: the error I am getting is : Video error. Please upload a photo instead.
    Where could I look into this error – Google is giving me nothing. Surely someone else has had this problem?
