Change Text on /Register Page

How do you change the text on the /register page that says: Registering for this site is easy. Just fill in the fields below, and we’ll get a new account set up for you in no time.
What file is this text in? I’ve found it in several files, but changing the text in those files doesn’t seem to change it on the page. Any help?
