What exactly do you want to change in how bbPress plugin generates the url of your forums, i.e., from what to what? Some changes are not that hard to do and some changes might require you to hire a developer.

http://example.com/group/group_name/talks/
http://example.com/group/group_name/topic_name/ or http://example.com/group/group_name/talks/topic_name/

shorter – the better
