I want to make the permalinks from the activity stream go to the activity entry instead of blog post link? how can I do this?

so heres how it is now: http://www.yourdomain.com/cat/blogpost

and heres how it want it: http://www.yourdomain.com/p/444

444 = activity_id and I’ve managed to retrieve that already, just need to incorporate it into activity action and make it the default post link from the stream?
