Changing header n login

Okie…. I need you to say something on this…would have posted it as a new topic …but it mite be solved …. I have a login page styled to how I want it… But my header and footer still shows up…and I want a full background login page..then when user is logged in..the header and footer can be displayed…but not at login page… I also need to get rid of the scroll bar on login page…but every time I do that..it affects other pages..and I don’t want that…
Is there a function to remove the header and footer for my login… Sumtin like. Twitter login…no header or footer…just images…I hope u understand what I am tryin to do
Login page without header an footer just images I want as the background and I want the scroll bar out except when users are logged in
