Changing KeyMaster access to dashboard

I have three moderators on my ning.com site, which I will be migrating to buddypress. In my buddypress test site, I have made them “keymasters” so that they can delete comments/images/etc. I am concerned that keymasters also have access to parts of the WP dashboard (for example, my theme’s settings).

Is there are way to change what a keymaster is able to do?
