Changing the @mentin ID ?

    Hello there,

    I’m wondering, is the @mention ID always like the user ID ?
    Because my WP username (admin..) was “xxx” but when I had a white screen of death 3 month ago (…) I had to reinstall WP and BP and now my mention name is “xxx-yy”. I guess it has something to do with the database but I don’t know where to look and I don’t want to break anything. Can I change it back to “xxx” ?
