Changing User Avatars through Dashboard

Maybe this is a stupid question, but…

Is there a way, than users can change their avatar through the dashboard? Instead of having to go through the top bar/their profile page?

Like if they were to go:

Dashboard>Your Profile

They can edit their name/email/etc etc

but they can’t change their avatar here. Why?

This seems like something that people would want… nobody knows how to do this?

The avatar is BuddyPress feature and the wp-admin dashboard is a WordPress feature. There’s surely a way to code this up, but it’s not implemented out of the box.

Ah okay thanks. Well if anyone knows how to, please let me know. It’s not a must have, it’s just something that would be nice.
