Click on Member > Page Not Found

Everything’s working great, except one thing. On http://snowdencommunity.org/members/ when I click on me, I get http://snowdencommunity.org/members/ScottSee/ which says Page not found.

I’ve searched high and low, but can’t find any way to fix this. Any ideas?
