Clicking “Complete Sign Up” user is redirected to wp-login.php and not the confirmation screen

Hi, I am using buddypress and s2member and I know this was working before, but not exactly sure when this stopped working.
After completing the form http://orlandosocialgolfer.com/register/
the user is redirected to the wp-login.php page and not the next page that usually shows up which is the message that says to confirm your acct via email and pick an avatar….what happened?
