Collect user billing address

Hello,
I’m not so good in PHP and I can’t find a documentation either. So I’d like to ask you if there is a documentation that will teach me how to collect all the users billing address and make a list out of it. My purpose is to create a google map that will show where my members are coming from around the world. The map will have a lot of markers coming from the billing address of my users. If there is no documentation, is it ok if you share me a code on how to do it.
