coments do not reload dynamically

    Does anyone know a way to make the comments dynamically reload?
    I I have to stay refreshing the page to see the answers I’m talking. I installed a plugin that queries the database every 10 seconds and displays the updates at the top, but would like to be able to talk in the same post.
