common BP theme and layout in multiblog environment

Moving along with my WP+BP config, I have a question regarding multi-blog environment and setup. I would like for default BP theme (with adjusted header imaged), including widget layout (which I configured using admin dashboard) to propagate to all blogs that are part of the site such as example.com/blog1, example.com/blog2, etc and not only to root blog of example.com. Is this possible ? I already set ‘define( ‘BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG’, true);’
Details of my install:
1. WordPress version 3.3.1
2. WordPress installed as directory
3. WordPress installed in root
4. Fresh Install
5. WPMU was ok, but not desired behaviour
6. BP version 1.5.4
7. Fresh BP install
8. Other plugins: Aksimet 2.5.5, Backend user restrictor 1.1, Configure SMTP 3.1, SweetCaptcha 1.0.7
9. Using Standard themes
10. Added define( ‘BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG’, true); that is applicable to my config
11. No other custom functions
12. not running bpPress
13. no errors
14. I host on my own public LEMP server
15. CentOS58+NGINX+MySQL+PHP
