I need developed a readers of book community where the users can upload reviews of their books with a image and the other users can read this.
I’am new in buddypress and don’t know if a user can upload a image in a comment or if there is some plugin what help me whit this.
All the suggestions are welcome.

I can recommend this review block for Gutenberg . It is not buddypress, though. But if you allow your WP users to be authors, then they can easily write reviews.

You can use specially designed WordPress theme, I think the solution already exist.
