Converting WP Theme to Buddypress – Activity Post

I followed the directions that BP Compatability gave me but I can’t figure out how to theme an activity post.
Here is a page:

How do I modify this to appear like the rest of the site?

Add this at the bottom of your stylesheet

`div.activity { background: transparent url(“images/mp-sprite-content-bg.png”) top center repeat-y; }`
