could someone share Group-O-Matic Pro plugin?

I’ve searched for it, and cant find it. Plugin has not been updated in 6 years and website is down. I have no contact information for the developer so I cant ask him to release it.
Plugin is very useful, it would be great if someone would upload it to github to revive possible development of it.
