Create a page like the User Activity page in this forum

How would I go about creating a page like the User Activity page on this forum, which lists the topics you recently replied to and the topics you recently posted? The page is located here: http://buddypress.org/forums/profile.php

Would love to add a page like that to my forum. I’m running BP 1.2.2.1 on WP 2.9.2
