Create blog with member only under that blog name

Howdy!
Is there a way in BuddyPress to create a blog…say blog1.xyz.com and then when someone visits that site they can create a user/blog from there but be added as a member to blog1.xyz.com? Then, blog1.xyz.com would only show members and activities that were created from that site.
