Create custom div around existing divs

    hi,

    I would like to create a custom div around two other existing divs, but I need to know which PHP File I have to edit for that. Please have a look at the screenshot below. The orange div should be the custom div. The blue divs already exist.

    With the custom orange div, I want to set one single background for the content of the blue divs.
    Thank you for your help!

    @tarnvogl,
    such customization can be done by using a child-theme and copies of the needed files stored in bp-themes/bp-legacy/buddypress/ to your child

    Read the template guide for much more details: https://codex.buddypress.org/themes/

    Thank you for your answer and the link. But this doesn’t help me further.
    I already use a child theme to customize other php files. Can you help me to find the correct php file to create the custom div I mentioned?

    has no one an answer to this question ? 🙁

    That’s bbPress not BuddyPress, different plugins, different templates.

    iirc you need to look in bbpress/templates/default/bbpress

    But asking on the appropriate forum will probably get better results.
