Create Forum Topic via Email

Does anyone know of a plugin that would allow users to create posts into certain forums using email?
Basically I would like users to be able to email to specific email addresses to start a topic in the appropriate forum.
For example if a user sends an email to Forum1@domain.com that would create a new topic in Forum 1.
If a user sent an email to Forum2@domain.com would create a new topic in Forum 2. I know theres plugins to allow replies and notification via email. but I want the ability to start a topic this way.
