Create group not working

    Hello, it is so difficult to install and configure the BuddyPress on my WP, already installed it with my theme, and did not work, already installed with the theme suggested https://wordpress.org/themes/attitude/ and still giving problem. My version of WP is 4.1.1
    My problem is when you create a new group, when I click the Add New Group button, the WP says that the directory does not exist.

    please help me.
