Is their a plug-in that allows you to create Pages for Business in your buddy press powered network rather than just have them as individuals and therefoe memebers an like businesses? or are we all just friends and treated equal? As a buinsess or a member.

There is no plugin at this time which does what you want. You either have to create one or hire a developer to do so.
