Creating a group by activity post

Hello,
Is there a way to create a group when a users submits a new activity post?
The general information for the group would be drawn from the post itself, such as;
User Full Name = Group Name
User’s activity post = Group Description
as for the remaining group options those would be set by defaultEssentially the “submit” button would have two actions,
1. Submitting the post
2. Creating a new group from the postHow would I go about doing this?
