Creating a VIP Area

Hello I have a buddy press dating website http://www.gayinternationaldating.com and its doing well but I want to create an area just for members who are verified. So for example only paying members would be able to search for verified members. I plan to make this my paywall. They could still show up on the regular search results but only paid members can specifically search for verified members. I also want to create a test that they have to pass in order to become verified.
Is this possible with buddypress?
Also what are some good app builders that work well with buddy press?
