Creating Buddypress users and groups programmatically in PHP

    hi Guys,

    I’m new to Buddypress but plan to use it on a new website.

    I’d like to be able to create buddypress users and buddypress groups automatically in PHP. Can you point me to any good documentation on this (any advice on any files etc I need to include would be greatly appreciated).

    I’m using WordPress 4.3.1 and Buddypress 2.3.4
