Crop Image for Avatars is disabled.

    There’s no longer an option to crop images for new avatars. I’m guessing this is a conflict with another jquery script. I was thinking of using a custom header for the page and excluding any extra scripts Im using but I’m not sure where the theme file is that controls it. Any clues?
