CSS admin bar

I have updated my WPMU blog from 2.8.6 to wpmu 2.9.2 including the latest version of bp but the admin bar doesn’t display on the blogs and on the dashboard. It displays underneath the template footer – http://wsi4all.socialpress.co.za/
Is there anything I can add to the .css to display correctly?
