CSS Restriction for AJAX ?

Hi

I’m creating my own BuddyPress template (using this great plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bp-template-pack/). I was wondering if I could modify any id and/or class without breaking all the Ajax interactions.

I believe all the JS is located in bp-core/js or maybe I’m wrong? Anyway, if someone could enlighten me, it would be great. Thx!
