I want to show my forum on my main page, ive tried to set my main page to the forum, but it is not an option… I’ve spent 24 hours trying to figure a way to do this, if anyone has suggestions please let me know.

I have tried copying the html from my forum page- it doesn’t update =(

There are currently no options for making a forum a main page item.
my web site is mainly a forum and i want it to be the primary on my page. not on the sidebar or in a link in my menu.

HELP! i almost feel like i could manually change the default address to justinharvey.com/forum instead of using the blasted WP Settings.

Although i don’t know how to do that either =(

I just responded to your other post so that post now makes a little more sense 🙂 I’d first say no need to do multiple posts – having one thread where people can look and help you is far easier for all involved. So, you want to show your forum latest entries on your front page or you want your forum to be your front page? I ask as the two things require different things.

Forum index: front page. (so people can see forum categories)

i had something like it when i copied the source html but it didn’t update and was not formatted correctly
Like this:
Main page ——————————————– search bar
Menu: Main page: About: Forum Index: Blogs: Members: Groups : Activity
Forum:

Or until i create my own forum platform. haha
